Celebrating 19 Years of MCPS ✨

Before starting Mona Child Play School, I worked in a bank and later in marketing. Those experiences taught me a lot, but deep inside, I knew I was searching for something more meaningful—something that truly connected with my heart.

I still remember the moment that changed everything. Watching my nephew excitedly talk about his school and proudly share everything he learned filled me with immense joy. His happiness, curiosity, and enthusiasm made me realize my true calling—to inspire children to learn and create a place where they feel happy, safe, and confident.

That moment became the beginning of my journey as an educator and the birth of MCPS.
Today, MCPS completes 19 beautiful years of nurturing young minds, building strong foundations, and creating lifelong memories.

This journey has been a roller coaster of learning, challenges, growth, and gratitude. It taught me one important lesson—never limit yourself. When you truly believe in something, the universe finds ways to help you achieve it.

MCPS is not just a preschool; it is a family, an emotion, and a legacy built with love, trust, and togetherness.
I am deeply grateful to every parent, teacher, child, and well-wisher who has been a part of this journey.

On World Autism Awareness Day, we take a step towards understanding, acceptance, and action.
Autism is not an illness—it is a developmental difference that shapes how a child experiences the world. With rising awareness, it is important for us as educators and parents to recognize that early support plays a crucial role in a child’s growth.

In many cases, delays are often overlooked with the hope that “the child will catch up with time.” However, the right guidance at the right stage can make a meaningful difference in communication, social interaction, and overall development.

Keeping this in mind, we are introducing a new initiative starting this June—designed to support children through a structured, inclusive learning environment guided by trained educators. Because development does not happen in just one hour of therapy, but through consistent learning, interaction, and engagement every day.

Our aim is to create a space where every child feels included, supported, and empowered to grow alongside their peers.
