We are the first school in Vadodara to be affiliated to the CISCE (Council for The Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi). In addition to academics, the school demands equal attention be paid to cultural and sports training. Separate areas are earmarked for performing arts such as dance, music and theater and plastic arts like painting, wood working, clay-work, sculpture and craft studios. There are full-sized areas for football, basketball, volleyball, badminton courts and table tennis. State-of-the-art technology is used in every facet of the institution along with computers offering multi-media and internet facilities. The school is divided into four buildings - The Pre School (Nursery, Jr. KG), Junior School (Classes 1 to 4), Middle School (Classes 5 to 8) and Senior School (Classes 9 to 12). Each building has its own well stocked Library. Nalanda has almost the best school teachers or educators, as we prefer to call them. In addition to their basic qualifications as teachers, our educators go through intensive training periodically in subject teaching for children of various ages, through motivational and practical interventions.
