At the recent SEDA (School of Environmental Design and Architecture) lecture, โ€œ๐‘ป๐’๐’˜๐’‚๐’“๐’… ๐‘ฉ๐’–๐’Š๐’๐’…๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐’‚ ๐‘ต๐’†๐’•๐’˜๐’๐’“๐’Œ ๐’๐’‡ ๐‘จ๐’“๐’„๐’‰๐’Š๐’—๐’†๐’” ๐‘จ๐’„๐’“๐’๐’”๐’” ๐‘ฐ๐’๐’…๐’Š๐’‚, ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐•๐ž๐ง๐ค๐š๐ญ ๐’๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ฌ๐š๐ง shared illuminating reflections on the evolving role of archives in shaping collective memory and historical understanding. He noted that while many things begin as history, they endure as archives; living, dynamic spaces where stories continue to evolve, and where historians return to learn, reinterpret, and connect the past with the future.

Mr. Srinivasan is the Co-Director of the Milli Archives Foundation, an initiative dedicated to building, nurturing, and sustaining archives across India. He also leads the archives at NCBS, a public collecting centre focused on documenting the history of science in contemporary India.
