What the report reveals:
- Female participation in apprenticeships has grown by ~58% over three years, yet 38% of organisations still do not engage women apprentices
- Only 34–37% of graduating women are considered industry-ready
- Closing the gender participation gap could unlock a 27% GDP uplift
The conclusion is clear: degrees without workplace exposure limit outcomes.
