The three-day workshop on “New Labour Codes of India: Understanding Reforms, Rights, and Responsibilities” concluded with an insightful session on the Industrial Relations Code, 2020.

The session was delivered by Mr. Chintan Trivedi, Manager – HR at OPaL, Vadodara, who highlighted key aspects of industrial relations, dispute resolution mechanisms, trade unions, and legal compliance.

A comprehensive and practical session that emphasized the importance of communication, transparency, and balanced employer–employee relations in today’s workplace.

The ongoing workshop on “New Labour Codes of India: Understanding Reforms, Rights, and Responsibilities” featured an insightful session on the Code on Social Security, 2020.

The session was conducted by Mr. Meet Vyas, Legal Advisor at Vyas & Company Consultants, who elaborated on key provisions including PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, and the importance of workplace safety and legal compliance.
