A dynamic and hands-on Teachers’ Workshop under the Maths Enrichment Program (MEP) was successfully conducted by BLCET for Mathematics teachers of BLCET-managed schools on 17th April 2026 at the V. M. Patel Centre of Excellence.
The workshop was facilitated by renowned educator and EdTech innovator, Dr. Dhrumin Chandraketu Pandya, who led insightful sessions on:

🔹 Integrating Computational Thinking in the Classroom using AI
🔹 Teaching Mathematics with Technology
The recent introduction of AI and computational thinking was very well explained by the resource person, helping teachers understand its practical classroom applications. At BLCET, we remain committed to staying aligned with the latest trends in education and continuously enhancing teaching practices.
Aligned with the vision of NEP 2020 and NCF 2023, the session emphasized experiential, practical, and student-centered learning approaches.

The final day of the ATL Summer Workshop brought an exciting dive into Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, where students discovered how technology can think, learn, and adapt. 🧠✨
Students worked with micro:bit and Google Teachable Machine, exploring how machines can be trained using data to recognize patterns and make smart decisions. This hands-on experience helped them truly understand the concept of learning beyond traditional coding.
Adding a creative twist, students also used cardboard prototypes and Lofi Robot kits to design and build imaginative models, blending innovation with practical skills.
The day was filled with curiosity, experimentation, and innovation, as students confidently showcased their ideas and explored real-world applications of AI.

Students took a big step forward by transforming their learning into real creations. They presented their understanding of Microcontrollers, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence through engaging hands-on activities and mini project showcases. With growing confidence, they used tools like Arduino, sensors, and smart systems to design practical and innovative solutions.
They also explored key real-world applications such as distance measurement using ultrasonic sensors with Arduino and LCD (I2C), operating a single-channel relay without Arduino, and experimenting with IR sensors.
The day was filled with collaboration, reflection, and creative thinking, clearly showing how much the students have progressed in both skills and confidence during the workshop.
It was inspiring to see them evolve from learners to creators, ready to shape the future with their ideas! 🌟
