It was never planned, merely a moment that I resigned from my previous organisation and decided to go for an individual establishment for JEE and NEET preparations. But once decided, I had a sole purpose; getting the best out of a student’s potential while protecting their mental health.
It’s a mysterious thing, a student’s potential. Full of possibilities in all dimensions. But when you, as a 16 years old, are not considered for “toppers” batches in a trusted institution and imposed with the kind of faculties who themselves need to get their concepts cleared, somehow an array of doubts starts growing in your mind. You start feeling, “Am I even good enough to do this?”
Science becomes tough to you and you become dejected. Clueless.
Few such children joined me. Low on confidence but high on hopes. It was overwhelming to even think about the amount of hard work that lied ahead us, for both students and I!
And, today, one year later, I couldn’t be more proud of them. Every single one of them. Who made to this picture or not. Because I know who are not in the picture will eventually be there. Sooner or later, but they will. Because I have come to know them very well.
Those who are indeed in the picture, it’s been an absolute privilege to have known them, spent time with them, and watched them unfold a new level of self-belief and hard work. They had a goal, and I take pride in having an opportunity to help them achieve it. We all know their journey has not even begun and becoming a ‘topper’ is a life-long continuous process, but today, I congratulate them all for getting the score they dreamt of and, during the process, for acquiring the right mindset for a better tomorrow.

M.T.V Come to fall in love with Mathematics. Scoring well in JEE will come as a bonus.
