Hindus observe Guru Purnima as the birth anniversary of Maharishi Ved Vyasa, the author of the Mahabharata. Therefore, the day is also marked as Vyasa Purnima.
One needs a guru (teacher) not only for his academic progress but a guru is of utmost importance for one's spiritual progress also.
Who is a Guru?
• Anyone from whom we learn anything is our Guru.
• A guru is a guide, the one whose teachings we follow.
• The real Guru is the one who moves us from darkness to light by helping us get rid of our weaknesses and faults.

School elections are very much essential for the students. Because this kind of activities will mould leadership qualities in the students right from young age.
Likes, It builds confidence in students and makes more efficient in decision making abilities.
It will improve communication skills to a larger extent and will eradicate all kinds of anxieties that a student confront when they go for speeches.
It will help to be committed towards work and passion.
It makes more accountable.
Installation ceremony is an important occasion where a school entrusts its upcoming leaders with certain roles and responsibilities. Delegation of responsibility and giving authority to children is important as it teaches them lifelong skills of being powerful and caring at the same time.
