Values Come Alive at The Bright School’s Silver Jubilee Annual Concert “Anantam Krishnamulya”.
Celebrating 25 years of nurturing young minds and timeless values, The Bright School presented its grand Annual Concert “अन्नंतम् Krishnamulya” on the morning of 14th March at Sir Sayaji Gruh. The vibrant programme marked the school’s Silver Jubilee celebrations, bringing together students, parents, and distinguished guests for an inspiring cultural showcase.
The event was graced by the presence of the School President Saumil Shah along with esteemed dignitaries and members of the school management.
The programme began with the presentation of the School Report, highlighting the institution’s achievements, milestones, and activities of the academic year 2025-26. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where meritorious students were honoured for their academic excellence and outstanding achievements by our school President Shri Saumil Shah and Principals of Primary and Secondary Section.
The cultural segment of the Annual Concert then unfolded with a series of vibrant and creative dance performances presented by the students. Through colourful choreography and expressive presentations, the performances beautifully depicted timeless values inspired by Lord Krishna, such as courage, leadership, creativity, happiness, and responsibility, reflecting the essence of the theme “अन्नंतम् Krishnamulya.”
The message of the programme resonated with the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, reflected in the well-known shloka:
“कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।”
Meaning: One should focus on performing one’s duties with sincerity and dedication without being attached to the results.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, followed by the National Anthem. The audience departed feeling inspired by the spirit of “अनन्तम् Krishnamulya” — the eternal values that guide and illuminate life across generations. These values were deeply embodied in the life of the beloved Founder, Sir Shri Jayendra Shah, and for the past 25 years they have been consistently nurtured and instilled among the students of Bright Day School.
This inspiring message, reflecting the continuity of these timeless values for many years to come, was beautifully showcased during the Silver Jubilee celebration.

National Science Day Celebration at Bright School
Bright School celebrated National Science Day with great enthusiasm and scientific spirit on the school campus. The event aimed to promote curiosity, innovation, and scientific temper among students.
Students of Std. 6 to 8 prepared an impressive display of working and non-working models from various branches of science including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, and Robotics. The exhibition reflected creativity, research skills, and practical understanding of scientific concepts.
The Guest of Honour, School President Shri Saumil Shah, was warmly and innovatively welcomed into the “Wonderful World of Science.” The entrance was uniquely designed with a drone flying overhead, a remote-controlled car moving alongside, and a mechanical spider model guiding the path, symbolizing technological advancement and creativity. The innovative welcome created a remarkable beginning to the celebration.
The exhibition featured excellent projects. The Human Body models clearly demonstrated the functioning of the heart, lungs, brain, and digestive system through interactive explanations. Visitors appreciated how students simplified complex biological processes with clarity and confidence.
The Chemistry section appeared almost magical, with safe and controlled experiments such as color-changing reactions, bubbling experiments, and crystal formations, while students explained the scientific principles behind each activity.
Students confidently presented their projects to fellow students, teachers, and the esteemed guest. Their enthusiasm, teamwork, and innovative thinking were clearly evident throughout the event.
The School Principal appreciated the sincere efforts of the students and teachers and encouraged them to continue exploring, experimenting, and nurturing a scientific mindset.
The celebration concluded successfully, leaving everyone inspired by the brilliance and creativity of young scientific minds at Bright School.

Little Chef Competition for Std. III & IV
The Bright School, Vasna organized an exciting and fun-filled “Little Chef Competition” for students of Std. III & IV. The event provided a wonderful platform for young students to showcase their creativity, confidence, and interest in cooking.
The competition area was beautifully decorated with a vibrant Little Chef theme display board, chef props, and attractive arrangements, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.
Students prepared a variety of delicious and innovative dishes such as healthy snacks, fruit salads, desserts, and creative food platters. Each dish was presented with great care, reflecting the students’ imagination and presentation skills.
The competition helped students learn the importance of healthy eating habits, cleanliness, hygiene, teamwork, and creativity. The event was enjoyed by all participants and became a memorable learning experience.

The Bright School commemorated Republic Day with dignity, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of national pride. The celebration was thoughtfully designed to reflect the values of discipline, cultural richness, and collective responsibility.
The programme commenced with a smart and well-coordinated NCC march, highlighting the importance of discipline, leadership, and service to the nation. This was followed by an energetic band performance that created a spirited atmosphere and captured the attention of the audience.
Students then presented a Mallakhamb performance, demonstrating remarkable strength, focus, and physical skill. The display reflected the richness of India’s traditional sports and the importance of physical fitness. Adding artistic elegance to the programme, a unique performance blending classical dance with modern movement showcased the students’ creativity and respect for cultural traditions.
A patriotic song presentation further enriched the event, evoking feelings of gratitude and respect for the country’s freedom fighters and constitutional values.
The celebration concluded with the National Anthem, leaving everyone present with a renewed sense of responsibility towards the nation.

Inter-House Quiz Competition for Std V & VI
An Inter-House Quiz Competition was successfully held at The Bright School for students of Std V and VI. The event aimed to encourage general awareness, logical thinking, and teamwork among students.
Participants from all houses enthusiastically took part in various rounds based on general knowledge, science, mathematics, and current affairs. The competition created an atmosphere of excitement and healthy rivalry, with students showing confidence, curiosity, and excellent preparation.
Teachers and Quiz masters appreciated the efforts of all participants and motivated them to continue learning beyond the classroom.

25th Annual Sports’ Meet: 2025 – 2026
“Sports teach us to strive for excellence, embrace discipline, and celebrate teamwork.”
The Bright School (Vasna – GSEB) celebrated its Annual Sports Day 2025–26 with great enthusiasm and a strong spirit of sportsmanship. The event commenced with a disciplined march past by the four houses—Arjun, Ashoka, Pratap, and Shivaji—showcasing unity, coordination, and pride.
A significant highlight of the programme was the Lighting of the Sports Torch, symbolising determination, courage, and fair play, followed by the Sports Oath, where students pledged to uphold honesty, integrity, and the true spirit of sports.
The Sports Meet was formally declared open by the School President, Shree Saumil Shah, marking the beginning of a day filled with energy, discipline, and healthy competition.
The celebration began with impressive mass display performances, including a Free Hand Drill, a powerful Dumbbells and Lazium Exercise, a serene Yoga demonstration, and an energetic Zumba performance, reflecting the school’s emphasis on physical fitness, coordination, and holistic development.
This was followed by a series of exciting on-ground competitive events such as running races, relay races, hurdle races, and basketball dribbling races, where students showcased speed, agility, endurance, and teamwork.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, appreciating the dedicated efforts of the school management, staff, and students in making the Sports Day a memorable success.
