The food Festino 2021 of Parul University organized by the Department of Food Technology had successfully accomplished on 25 November 2021. It was the last day of event. The shark Tooth was the last event of the fest. I was the witnessed an overwhelming participation from different parts of the country. The event shark tooth was organized with the objective to provide platform for the students to showcase their talents with the competitive spirit also to share their business ideas with us and to improve their presentation skills. Many of the participants were from Tanzania and Surat doing their bachelors from food technology and biotechnology.
Elicy Katani and Manty Moli the bought the unique product called UNBUYU Candy made up of Boabab Tree that grows in Africa Australia and Middle East. They allowed us to taste their candy. These are sweetened Boabab seeds, which leaves tongue red and tingling with flavour. Another product was also from Tanzania called Bumunda Bread Mufy Farid Presented her product skillfully to Jury.
