Ayodhya’s Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has appointed retired Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra as its first full-time Chief Executive Officer.
Mishra previously served as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Air Command and was in charge of the command during Operation Sindoor in May 2025. He was selected after a multi-stage process from 5,585 applications, with three candidates ultimately shortlisted.
The appointment is part of a wider administrative restructuring of the Trust. The CEO is expected to oversee professional systems for security, logistics, staff management, statutory compliance, fund management and future development of the organisation.
