Meal Without Fire

Food is life, cooking is fun
Young learners of Shree Narayana International School tried their hands on doing that, without fire. Little Narayana’s donned their chef caps to exhibit their culinary skills in cooking without fire competition, held on 22 July 2022.
Children participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. Food items displayed were a visual treat and were presented in an artistic and aesthetic style.
The competition was judged on the basis of selection of the dish, time management, creativity in plating and presentation of the dish. The event not only provided a platform for the students to foster their creativity and decision-making skills but also helped them explore their hidden talents and discover new areas of interest.

The Investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested student office bearers. Donning the mantle of accountability, they also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities.

The investiture ceremony is held at Shree Narayana International School annually with lots of zeal and zest. They were conferred with badges and sashes. The students’ council takes pledge to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem. They are admonished to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. He also exhorted them to uphold the values. Children are reminded that with position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers.

A ceremony of investiture is symbolic of a myriad of different important aspects of human life- growth, maturity, belief, faith, duty and sincerity, to name a few.

After a sincere oath-taking ceremony, Council members from the four different houses of SNIS marched proudly to their strongholds in the corridor, and took their places with their waving flags symbolizing their aspirations for their respective houses-Akash, Prithvi, Jal and Agni.

The competition focused on bringing an understanding among the children
about preserving the environment by reusing and recycling waste material.
Fantabulous ideas were demonstrated using material like newspapers, old
CDs, used plastic bottles, ropes, ice cream sticks, bangles, shoe boxes, etc.
This event is organized by Esudmart Institute at Shree Narayan International School.
The objective of the competition was to create a love for the environment by
making the best out of waste with the help of recyclable things. Best out of
waste is one such craft which follows an environmentally friendly principle
and at the same time creates useful objects out of waste products.
