Some minds are already filled.

Instead of getting annoyed, let ignore 'close minded' and move on.

However, I believe there is nothing Right/Wrong, it's a matter of situation.
Growth, eventually will happen only if we open up.

Communication is a two way process,but the major barrier to effective communication is 'listening skill'. We listen with an intent to reply but not to understand, resulting in ineffective communication.
