Celebrated Holi
The festival of colours.
Our little ones from the Foundation Stage celebrated Holi through a day full of fun and learning! They enjoyed watching a Holi-themed movie, dancing to festive tunes, and playing with colors. Through these activities, they also learned about the significance of Holi.

On February 27, 2025, students sponsored by United Way of Baroda participated in an interactive ATL community session at our school. They were introduced to sensors and actuators, learning about their applications in real-world technology. Through live demonstrations, students observed how these components interact to automate processes, sparking curiosity and innovation. Such initiatives bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation, empowering young minds to explore the world of electronics and automation."

Exciting news! The ATL Sarthi initiative was officially launched at the Gujarat level, marking a significant step in fostering innovation and collaboration among ATL schools. Representing Baroda Lions Club Education Trust (BLCET) and Baroda High School (BHS) ATL labs, Ms. Krupa Narvekar, the ATL facilitator, along with ATL mentors from BHS schools, attended this prestigious event.
The program aimed at strengthening the ATL ecosystem by encouraging knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences. This initiative will further empower students and educators to drive creativity, problem-solving, and technological advancements in schools across Gujarat!

On February 24, 2025, Pravartan 2025, a grand showcase of the best ATL Marathon Competition projects from all four branches of Baroda High School, was organized on the upper ground of the Alkapuri branch. The event was graced by Dr. Madhusudanbhai Mehta as the Chief Guest, along with esteemed Guests of HonourβMr. Saiyam Chhajed. Other distinguished attendees included Mr. Ashish Bhavsar, Director of Vadodara Innovation Council Mr. H.T. Patel (Managing Trustee, Yuvalaya), Shri Jagdish Shukla (Treasurer, Baroda Lions Club Education Trust), along with many dignitaries, parents, and students.
The exhibition featured innovative projects, highlighting the creativity and technical expertise of young minds. A special gallery on Artificial Intelligence (AI) added an extra dimension to the event, demonstrating advancements in emerging technologies. Pravartan 2025 was a remarkable platform for students to showcase their problem-solving skills and futuristic ideas, truly reflecting the spirit of innovation and learning fostered through ATL

The innovative project 'Smart Zebra Crossing', created by Bansari Joshi and Atisha Agrawal of Grade 7, has been selected for the second round of the Student Innovation Mission 2024-25! Their project aims to enhance road safety through smart technology.
Both students recently participated in the second round of online pitching, showcasing their creativity and problem-solving skills.

On February 9, 2025, our school's Math teachers and ATL Incharge, Mr. C.K. Makwana, enthusiastically participated in a hands-on workshop at Maker Fest Vadodara 2025, in collaboration with CCL - Center of Creative Learning, IIT Gandhinagar. Held at MSU, Faculty of Technology & Engineering, the workshop aimed to promote innovation, creative thinking, and problem-solving in education.
Faculties from CCL conducted engaging sessions on Arithmetic with Fingers, Number Base Systems, Sound Waves, Hidden Math in Calendars, 3D Mathematical Visualization using Fruits & Vegetables, and Geometry with A-Series Paper. Through live demonstrations and interactive experiments, educators explored innovative teaching methods that can be integrated into the classroom to make learning more engaging and conceptually enriching.
This enlightening session was a step towards fostering experiential learning, empowering teachers to inspire young minds through creative and hands-on approaches in Math, Science, and ATL activities.
