നമുക്ക് വേണ്ടത് കേവലം എഞ്ചിനിയര്‍മാരെയും ഡോക്ടര്‍മാരെയും മാത്രമെല്ല, കാലം കൊതിക്കുന്ന അറിവിനെ നിര്‍മ്മിക്കുന്ന ഫ്യൂച്ചറിസ്റ്റിക്കുകളെയാണ്. ഓരോ കുട്ടിയിലും അന്വേഷിക്കാനും കണ്ടെത്താനുമുള്ള ഒരു മനസ്സുണ്ട്. ചെറുപ്പം തൊട്ടേ അവരുടെ അന്വേഷണ ബുദ്ധിയെ തൊട്ടുണര്‍ത്തുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ അവര്‍ വളരണമെന്ന് മാത്രം.

Glimpses from the workshop that catered to identify and organise feelings, thoughts and behaviour . Ability to communicate and deal creatively the feelings, thoughts and behaviour on an everyday basis is very important. Because individuals communicate their hurt, hate an anger in ways that are destructive to self or others. Children who have no where to express or learn about their feelings often decide to remain silent , bottle up or swallow their feelings. This leads to a constant state of discomfort which will damage psychologically and physically.

Children are naturally interested in activities they have witnessed. Therefore, Dr. Maria Montessori began using what she called “Practical Life Exercises” to allow the child to do activities of daily life and therefore adapt and orientate himself in his society
