Without compromising with the outdoor fun, the entire exercise is packaged to inculcate outdoor leadership and conservation values. The course instructors are amongst the best in the adventure sector. Renowned mountaineers and ex- army veterans’ from the Indian Army’s High Altitude Warfare School and seasoned Instructors from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) will manage the course. The instructor trainee ratio is the lowest with one experienced instructor on maximum rope strength of 8 trainees along with select guest faculty, under the overall supervision of the course director.
