ACTIVITY STRUCTURE
The proposed activity shall comprise of two phases
- INTRA SCHOOL SEGMENT
- INTER SCHOOL SEGMENT

INTRA SCHOOL SEGMENT
The Intra School Event shall have two components
- A session on Career Options after XIIth.
- Knowledge Aptitude Test ( KAT)

Duration : A maximum of One Hour
Focus Group: Class XIIth students
About KAT
- The Knowledge Aptitude Test (KAT) shall be a 40 Question Aptitude Test.
- KAT shall comprising questions from Maths, Verbal Ability, General Awareness and Logical Reasoning.
- On the Day of the INTER SCHOOL EVENT each student shall be provided with a REPORT CARD indicating their present knowledge level and suggested areas of Improvement.
- The top 3 performers in the KAT at an Intra School Level shall be awarded Prizes/Hampers during the Inter School Event
- If the student/the school wishes a Career Mapping & Profiling session could be conducted at a mutually convenient date.
- A certificate of appreciation shall be given to all participants.

INTER SCHOOL SEGMENT
The Inter School Event shall be the highpoint of the entire Activity. The details of the Inter School Activity is mentioned hereunder

Event Components
The Event shall comprise two broad segments
- A KNOWLEDGE DISSEMINATION SESSION
- AN INTER SCHOOL QUIZ
About The Knowledge Dissemination Session
The Session shall comprise of the following components
- A Session on Career Options after XIIth
- A Generalized Feedback session on ‘ How to enhance one’s performance at an Entrance Test’
- A Session on ‘How to enhance one’s performance at the Board Examinations’
Registration Process & Details
- Would be highly appreciated if the school could send it’s entire batch of Class XIIth students
- There is no limit to the number of students participating from a School. The number of students participating can vary from a minimum of 1 student to a maximum of the entire batch
- The details should be forwarded to us three days prior to the date of the Event.

The Inter School Quiz
The Quiz shall be the high point of the INTER SCHOOL SEGMENT with the Quiz being conducted one of sub continent’s better known Quiz Master(s)
The Quiz shall be conducted as per the details mentioned below
- The Quiz shall be General in nature encompassing questions from Politics, Sports, History, Music, Art ,Entertainment, Science, Technology, Business, Current Affairs, Geography, World Affairs, Indian Sub-Continent etc.
- Each team shall comprise a maximum 4 members
- A school can send unlimited number of teams
- All participating members need to be from Class XIIth only
- The Quiz shall have two phases
- The first phase shall be a 30 question written elimination round which team shall attempt as a Unit
- The Highest scoring 6-8 teams shall qualify for the Finals
- The Winners shall be provided with Gifts and Cash Prizes.

Prize Distribution
- The KAT Winners and the Inter School Quiz winners shall be held post the culmination of the Event.
- Certificate shall be given to all Participants
Refreshments
- All Participants shall be provided refreshments during a Break period identified as part of the Event.
