The Bible is filled with verses that can bring peace in the middle of struggles, worries, and fear. If we ask God, He promises us HIS peace "that passes understanding"!
The best thing you can do when you are filled with anxiety and worry is to find a quiet place to pray, read Scripture, and listen to encouraging worship music. God wants you to have a life lived to the fullest and that includes being at peace!

God’s words tell us that, when we read His words, we must contemplate them and go seeking with our hearts, we must obtain the enlightenment and illumination of the Holy Spirit, and we must understand God’s will.

When we pray, we must be clear that we are creations and God is our Creator. God holds all things and events in His hands. Our all is controlled by God. Whatever we encounter each and every day, regardless if it is a major matter or a minor matter, all of it is due to God’s arrangements.

From God’s words we understand that, during the process of God saving us, God will arrange all kinds of situations to trial and refine us, thereby exposing and purifying our corrupt dispositions and the defilements in our faith. At the same time, He arranges situations to perfect our faith in Him and love for Him.

when we encounter spiritual warfare, we must first quiet ourselves before God, pray, seek His will and requirements, what we must do to bear witness and satisfy God, and what damage and consequences will be brought about if we satisfy the flesh. Once we have understood the truth, we will naturally be able to break through Satan’s trickery and overcome the temptation.
