The Rockford Day boarding public school was founded at una in the year 2007 with the objectives to cater the educational needs and requirements of the budding young generation in the present scenario of our social set up.Thus the schooling for them is to foster the personal growth resulting in intellectually competent, morally sound and pscychologically whole and aiming at creating a human society free from the cluthes of caste,creed, region and religion.

Language and cultural department Una, celebrated Hindi Fortnight on 06.09.2021. In this , students of Grade 10 to 12 participated in Hindi speech, essay writing , quiz and slogan writing organized by DRDA UNA. Four students from our school (Rockford Public school Una) took part in this competition. Ankita of 11th class got FIRST position in essay writing . Mr. Vinod Anand (Managing Director) , Mr. M.R. Sharma ( Educational Advisor) and Mrs. Shagun Sikka(Principal) congratulated the students .

"Teachers are the candles which burn to light up and brighten the lives of the students".
The Management on account of Teachers Day wanted to make their teachers feel special and surprised them to make their day special. A fun day out with a movie session was planned for them at Gulmohar Grand. It was a gratitude filled with love and respect for the teachers for giving their best to the students.
