Candidates who have successfully registered for **WBMCC Medical & Dental Counselling 2026**, paid the online fee and generated the **Candidate Profile Letter/Receipt**, must attend **Physical Document Verification** at the designated institute/college **as per their allotted date and time slot**.

⚠️ বিশেষভাবে মনে রাখবেন:
❌ Choice Save না করলে allotment-এর জন্য choice বিবেচিত হবে না।
🔒 Choice Lock করার পর তা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
⏰ Seat allotment হলে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কলেজে রিপোর্ট করতে হবে।
📌 Seat না পেলে eligibility অনুযায়ী পরবর্তী counselling round-এ অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ থাকতে পারে।

সিট সারেন্ডার (Seat Surrender)
প্রশ্নঃ ভর্তি হয়ে যাওয়া সিট ছেড়ে দিতে পারবেন কি ?
হ্যাঁ। Round 1 এবং Round 2-এ ভর্তি হওয়া সিট ছেড়ে দেওয়া বা Seat Surrender করা যাবে, তবে কাউন্সেলিং কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম মেনে করতে হবে। Round 3 থেকে আর সিট সারেন্ডার করা যাবে না। প্রার্থীকে যে কলেজে ভর্তি হয়েছেন, সেই কলেজে নিজে উপস্থিত হয়ে সিট সারেন্ডারের নির্দিষ্ট প্রক্রিয়া সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে। এরপর Server-generated Seat Surrender Letter সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
