VOTE OF THANKS - RESPLENDENCE 2012 (AKSHAY GUPTA)

A thankful heart is not only the greatest virtue, but the parent of all other virtue.

A gracious good evening to all, I; Akshay Gupta feel highly privileged to be a Carmelite and also to have been asked to propose a vote of thanks on this splendid occasion. I, on behalf of the entire Carmel fraternity extend a hearty gratitude to our honorable Chief Guest Rt. Rev. Dr. Sebastian Vadakal, our respected Guest of Honor Shri. Balwant Verma and to all our most esteemed invited guests and parents who inspite of their busy schedule have devoted their time to bless and encourage us.

I would like to take this opportunity to place on record our hearty thanks to our beloved principal Sr. Ancilla, Vice Principal Sr. Ancillin, Sr. Jayce and Sr. Archana for their perfect logistic support and guidance they have extended to all of us for the great occasion. I must mention our deep sense of appreciation and hearty thanks for dear Sr. Anita who managed to be with us and rendered her full support and cooperation.

An event like this cannot happen overnight. The wheels start rolling weeks ago. It requires planning and birds eye for details…… I would avail this opportunity to thank our guiding lights – our teachers and also a highly motivated and dedicated team of Carmelites without whom this event wouldn’t have been possible.

I would also confer my hearty gratitude to our non-teaching staff who have worked around the clock to arrange the paraphernalia for the function.

I cannot thank everyone enough for their involvement and their willingness to take on the completion of tasks beyond their comfort zone.

I congratulate the entire Carmel Family for the success of the event and pray that “May the divine energy infuse our institution and all of us with uplifting thoughts and actions that makes life increasingly
happy.”

so! carmelites... approx. one month till the SA1. and we're gonna be busy in the co-curricular activities during this time. we've got writing competetions, speech competitions, assignments, and loads of other stuff to do... all the best!
