The annual inter-collegiate academic fiesta where learning meets fun. Its a signature event from the Department of Data Science. Since its inception in 2011, the event has expanded its horizons over the years. Organized by the second year students of the post-graduate programmes in the Department under the guidance of faculty, the event now; attracts student community beyond Karnataka.

Students of Batch 12 (MSc Biostatistics Programme) organized a grand farewell event to the students of outgoing batch of students (Batch of 2019/Batch 11) on November 17, 2019.

The “Certificate Course in Bio-statistics, Epidemiology and Research Methodology” offered by the Department of Data Science is indeed one of the most widely sought after courses of MAHE which is offered twice a year with an average batch strength of 50-60. It is a 10-day program, which accounts for a total of 6 credit hours. It attracts a diverse range of participants – undergraduates, postgraduates, PhD scholars, faculty and professionals from various disciplines of health sciences.
