​We are thrilled to share that our dedicated, chat-only session on July 5th was a resounding success.

We are deeply humbled by the constructive feedback, the positive gestures, and the highly focused participation from our community members today.

​By coming together on a dedicated platform, we successfully facilitated a productive and structured dialogue. For the first time, parents praised this initiative as an effective, organized space to share valuable insights regarding our children's academic experience.

​Here is what we accomplished during this session:

Structured Dialogue: The platform provided us with a valuable opportunity to clearly and objectively outline our academic observations and suggestions.

*Important Update*

Our text-only Podar International School - Udupi PTA chat session is officially set for next Sunday afternoon on the *Zulip* App.

We will be following *strict moderation and policy compliance* towards avoiding:

personal greivance, inappropriate topics, disrespectful behaviour, and school defamation.

To keep everything perfectly structred, organized, and respectful the platform is divided into two main channels:
*Grades 1 to 5* (pink)
and
*Grades 6 to 8* (purple).

Inside each of those grade channels, you will see two specific topic folders where you can post: *ACADEMIC ISSUES* and *ADMIN ISSUES*.

Please make sure to click on the correct grade and topic folder before typing your message so our representatives can read them easily.

Thank you to everyone for agreeing to our decorum rules and helping us make this a smooth, helpful meeting!
