St Francis English Medium High School Mudarangadi

Honoured by the Udupi Education Department for the outstanding achievement of securing a 100% result in the SSLC Examination 2026.

Five students from St. Francis English Medium School participated in the Thrithiya Sopana Examination held at Dr. V. S. Acharya Scouts & Guides District Training Centre, Pragathi Nagar, Alevoor, Manipal, from 5th to 7th June 2026.

The participants were Delisha D'Souza, Reshal Cardoza, Deepthi D'Cunha, N. M. Sumanth, and Vasudev Shenoy. The students actively participated in the examination and successfully completed the programme, gaining valuable skills and experience in Scouting and Guiding.

SFS, Mudarangadi successfully conducted its Student Council Election 2026 through a Digital Ballot System, ensuring a smooth, transparent and efficient voting process.
Students exercised their right to vote responsibly and enthusiastically, selecting their leaders for the academic year. The digital voting platform made the election process secure, accurate and eco-friendly, reflecting the school's commitment to innovation and democratic values.
Congratulations to all the elected representatives, and appreciation to every student who participated in making this democratic exercise a success.

World Environment Day Celebration
On the occasion of World Environment Day, the students of Class 10 presented an inspiring skit to spread awareness about the importance of protecting and preserving our environment. Through their performance, they highlighted the need for collective action to safeguard nature for future generations.
Our Correspondent, Rev. Fr. Vincent Coelho, delivered a meaningful and motivating message, encouraging students to nurture nature for a better future. He emphasized that every individual has a responsibility to care for the environment and contribute towards a greener and healthier planet.
As a symbol of commitment to environmental conservation, students were encouraged to plant saplings in their surroundings and take active steps to protect and preserve nature.

WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL .
The school reopened with great zeal and enthusiasm, marking the beginning of a new academic year. The teachers warmly welcomed the students and the Correspondent, Rev. Fr Vincent Coelho, with love, respect and care. A graceful welcome dance added joy and colour to the occasion.
The Correspondent was honoured with a ceremonial band beat and escorted with great dignity. This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial diya and a floral welcome in his honour.
The teachers conducted a thought-provoking assembly, inspiring students to begin the year with positivity and determination. Rev. Fr Vincent Coelho shared a beautiful and motivating message with the students and teachers, encouraging them to strive for excellence and make the most of the opportunities that the new academic year brings.
