TET:-
वर्षों से अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे कार्यरत शिक्षकों पर TET की अनिवार्यता लागू करना उनके लंबे अनुभव और समर्पण का अनादर है। जिन शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति तत्कालीन वैध नियमों और योग्यताओं के आधार पर हुई है, उन्हें अब इस परीक्षा के दायरे से बाहर रखा जाना चाहिए। संसद में शीघ्र कानून बनाकर सेवारत शिक्षकों को इससे स्थायी छूट दी जाए।

OPS:-
देश के विधायकों और सांसदों को अल्पकालिक सेवा के उपरांत भी पुरानी पेंशन का लाभ मिलता है। वहीं, 30-35 वर्षों तक देश के भविष्य का निर्माण करने वाले शिक्षकों और कर्मचारियों को अनिश्चित बाज़ार-आधारित पेंशन प्रणाली (NPS/UPS) के भरोसे छोड़ दिया गया है। समानता और सामाजिक सुरक्षा के अधिकार के तहत नेताओं की तर्ज पर ही शिक्षकों व कर्मचारियों को भी पुरानी पेंशन दी जाए।
