Alhamdulillah
SIO Udgir organized two-day vacation Islamic camp on 25-26 May at Dr. Syed Memorial Urdu and Semi-English School, in which about 15 to 20 students were participated with accommodation . Various speakers guided the students on topics like basic Islamic teachings, Quranic teachings, Islamic history, introduction to Islamic personalities. Similarly, the students also did a group discussion. And through the exhibition, the students were also introduced to Islamic personalities. At the same time, information was also given about the history and current situation of Palestine. A session was also held on information related to 'AI'. A speech was held on 'Career Guidance' for the students after 10th and 12th to choose their career. Prizes were also awarded to the students. The students expressed their feelings and appealed to organize more similar programs in the future.

The implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act 2019, by incorporating religious criteria, is blatant injustice and unconstitutional.

While aiming to aid persecuted individuals, its filtration based on the faith of the victim is highly objectionable and threatens to perpetuate harassment and bigotry against excluded communities, particularly Muslims, burdening them with the onerous task of proving their citizenship.

We urge all those who believe in social justice to raise their voices against this discriminatory law.
