I am happy to share the work of our UG Mechanical Engineering students on investigating the impact of air curtain intake grille position on air barrier effectiveness. The paper, titled 'Investigation of Air Curtain Intake Grille Position on Air Barrier Effectiveness,' was presented at the International Conference conducted by the Department of Automobile Engineering, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Erode.

The students have conducted a CFD simulation predicting the temperature, velocity, and TKE distribution of two cases of an air-conditioned room with air curtains. While this may not seem like a groundbreaking achievement, it provides a solid foundation for future research on air conditioning systems, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency.

As the supervisor of this project, I am proud of our students' dedication and hard work in advancing our understanding of these vital areas. I invite you to watch the simulation video and support our commitment to innovation and making a positive impact on the world through our research.
