Today our BSCHM 5th Semester Food Production students explored the art, techniques, and flavours of French Cuisine through an engaging practical session conducted by Chef Jacob John

The session gave students valuable hands-on experience in understanding traditional French culinary techniques, preparation methods, presentation, and the importance of precision in professional kitchens.

Today’s Bakery Practical was conducted by Chef Murli Gupta, where our BSCHM 5th Semester students learned to prepare:

The students thoroughly enjoyed the practical session and participated with great enthusiasm, creativity and teamwork.

Pacific Institute of Hotel Management, Udaipur Celebrates Tribal Day

Pacific Institute of Hotel Management, Udaipur, celebrated Tribal Day with enthusiasm and a tree plantation drive. On the occasion, Director Mr. Vinod Kumar Singh Bhaduria addressed the students and highlighted the importance of India’s tribal communities and their valuable contribution to Indian culture, traditions, and environmental sustainability.

He emphasized that tribal communities have a deep connection with nature and play an important role in protecting forests and biodiversity. As a tribute to their close relationship with the environment, students and faculty members participated in a plantation activity and pledged to contribute towards a greener and sustainable future.

On this special occasion Director Mr. Vinod Kumar Singh Bhadauria congratulated the students on completing their training and extended his best wishes for a bright and successful future. He encouraged them to move forward with patience, discipline, and dedication, reminding them that every failure should be embraced as a learning opportunity and a stepping stone toward success.

Vice Principal Mr. Jacob John also conveyed his heartfelt wishes and shared valuable guidance and motivational insights to inspire the students as they embark on their professional journeys.

As a token of appreciation and remembrance, the college presented mementos to all the students.
