It is managed by the Khudala Educational Society. The Study was started in Udaipur in 1982 as a nursery school. It was upgraded to the primary school level in 1991 and to an upper primary school a year later in 1992. The Study was recognised as a se
condary school by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, in 1993 (Affiliation No. 1730081), and as a senior secondary school in 1996. The Study was founded by late Mrs Asha Singh, who received a master’s degree in Philosophy from Delaware University in the USA, along with her mother Mrs Ottomie Joshi, a retired Director, State Council of Education and Training (SCERT), Udaipur. Together these strong and marvelous ladies worked tirelessly in the field they loved, with a passion of giving children a good education. The extraordinary vision that the mother and daughter had for education, and the passion they shared for the development of the school and for the benefit of children was something that made them to be at the top of their field. Soon the school started to gain popularity and more and more children started studying at the school. Today there is a big chance that one of your friends or relatives has studied at The Study. For sure they will tell you about the wonderful times they had at the school, and the amazing personalities who taught them important life skills. The Study has produced talents who are now working as army officers, pilots, hotel owners, doctors, dentists, researchers, bankers, chartered accountants, lawyers and entrepreneurs etc. And not to forget some of the academic achievements of The Study students: the top performer in the city of Udaipur (CBSE Board Exams 2014-15) is a student from The Study.
