It's privilege for Madhya Pradesh & matter of proud that this year prestigious KMC Foundation of India is giving responsibility to organize VI National conference of Kangaroo Mother care in India "KMCCON 2022". This is first time when KMCCON is in Madhya Pradesh. 🌷🌷Nurses play a key role in the health care system by unconditionally working on the welfare safety and recovery of patients. They are the unsung heroes who bring a new life into the world, care unconditionally for the sick and injured. In this year WESTZONE NEOCON 2019 we would like to acknowledge their hard work, long shift hours and emotional pressure they go through in their daily routine. We would like to empower them with basic knowledge and practical solutions of newborn care

Nurses being one of the most compassionate and caring professionals on the planet, deserve every bit of appreciation and recognition. That is exactly what WESTZONE NEOCON 2019 have set out to do! We planned concurrent nursing sessions for all three days... OUR AIM not just only sensitized to nursing staff but *Make them perfact in newborn care*. Without their education.. Without their active participation,No one nicu can run smoothly.. And give BEST Care to newborn..
So requesting to all pvt and Govt Hospital.. Please register their nursing staff... In our view.. Nursing staff need to innovate in such way that they have all Solution of Newborn problems Neonatal care . Then only our aim and our theme *INNOVATION & SOLUTION* will be justified

Most of us did NALS.. But beyond NALS .. Few simple but important intervention save your baby from death.. From ASPHYXIA .. And life long neurologically morbidity and mortality.... I want to share few facts..... Every year, India reports 11.5 lakhs deaths of children under the age of 5. Out of the 11.5 lakhs, infant death accounts for 6.60 lakhs and new-born death accounts for 0.748 Lakh. Globally, India accounts for more than half (58 per cent) of the world’s neo-natal deaths. Improper healthcare facilities, lack of immunization, birth malformations and prevalence of preventable infectious diseases, have served as a catalyst to rapidly increase the number of neo natal deaths in the country.
Can we do something... And answer is definitely "Yes"... Now a days lots of NRP programs for doctors.. Pediatrician and obstetrician and other health care professionals... But very few structural programs for post Resucitation or golden hour of life... Whenever we get sick babies from periphery.. Feeling some lacking.. Though they did lots of effort.. And sending to higher centers with intentions.. Saving newborn... So Rajneocon 2017 udaipur will fill this gap.. Give a structured program.. To saving these babies either your center or other referral center... I requesting to all busy pediatrician and learning students... Attend "Golden hour management of life" workshop

No one conference imagine without postgraduates students and young dynamic academic doctors... Neonatal conference can't possible without research work.. Because neonatology evergreen and still lot of questions are there.. To be answered.. It needs active participation and involvement of young pediatrician underguideance of seniors..
