Uttarayan'16: Fashion Show-
On the 3rd day (7th April 2016) of the Uttarayan Fest, Fashion Show was organized where the participants walked on the ramp on various themes.

There were 3 teams having 8-10 participants in each team. Theme chosen by the first team was denim dazzle showing fashion with denims using props, another theme was the royal rajwadas depicting rajasthani culture with a fashion touch using various props & aviators and the last theme was Afghan in which the participants portrayed Afghani culture with fashion.

The event was judged by Mr. Subhastu Daksh Pandey, famous fashion designer and model having 10 years of experience. Ms. Malika Taj was another judge who is a Fashion Blogger and stylist.

Uttarayan'16: Business Plan-
The Business Plan Competition was organized on the second day of Uttarayan’16 i.e. on 6th April, 2015. The motive of the competition was to encourage students to come up with their very own business ideas. In total seven teams participated in this competition. The participants bravely faced the grilling questions of judges, faculty members, students and backed up their innovative business ideas.

Uttrayan Dance competition was organized on 7 April, 2016 in the pacific lawns. The categories for the competition were ‘Solo, Duet and Group Dance’. The students performed classical, western and folk dance and the audience was happily surprised to view a variety of dance forms. There were, Ghoomar, Contemporary and folk and hip-hop. The energetic dancers set the floor on fire with their lively performances.

Uttrayan'16: Budding Manager-

The activity of budding managers was scheduled on the third day of Uttarayan -2016 to develop 360-degree thinking in the blooming managers. The management graduates require a broad understanding of the day to day activities and related issues in the corporate. Budding Managers is an honest attempt at painting a picture of corporate reality for students. The limelight academic activity of the cultural cm academic bonanza was initiated to judge the managerial skills and to ignite a right spark in the minds of budding managers.

Quiz Competition was organized on the 2nd day i.e. 6th April 2016 of Uttrayan Fest. Students showed an active participation in this activity. There were 5 rounds including screening, Abbreviation, Logo identification, Audio-visual round & Personality Identification. Uttrayan'16: Management Games-

Life becomes bliss with adventure, thrill and excitement as these help to make one feel exuberant and energetic. With this motto, Pacific Institute of Management organized a three day cultural fest – which not only rejuvenated the students but also contributed to foster their personal development . On the second day of the fest, the event –Management Games was organised.The onset of management games was enriching and filled with enthusiasm.

The Management Game-Hit the Target focused on inculcating team spirit among the students-the most important requirement to achieve high targets.

The second Management Game- Find the Match focused on teaching the students importance of time management and quick and timely decisions.

In the third management game- TIC TAC TOE , diagnol or straight lines using the scarfs were to be created by the teams in the circles.

Students put up a spectacular show in the activity-management games and each student got a platform to discover his innate talent.
