Keeping our philosophy of spreading the message- real learning can only happen through play, we now conduct hands-on workshops for a varied age group. Flurn was started in the year 2011 by Ishani Shah-Verdia to re-imagine the way we look at education. We believe in the philosophy that a child's environment shapes the child's learning, behavior and overall personality. In a world which is increasin
gly adult oriented, our vision is to offer a space for children that inspire their creativity and captivates their imagination while bringing happiness all around. Through nature and age appropriate toys, we intend to create a haven for children. We passionately believe that strong, focussed, self-confident, intrinsically motivated children and adults arise out of infants that are encouraged to explore at their own pace and by their own initiative. Our process is an amalgamation of our understanding of well-established principles on alternative education (Waldorf, Reggio Emilia) and personal life learning(s).
