Creates and delivers engaging lessons to diverse groups of students at all levels. Promotes enthusiasm for learning and for subjects.Collects and reports on correct and detailed records of student performance. Maintains classroom order.
Teacher Job Duties:
1. Manages the diverse ability levels of students
2. Adapts curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall class progress
3. Assesses and records student development, while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement
4. Provides a safe, positive learning environment for students
5. Communicates with any and all other staff members who engage with students
6. Communicates with parents as per Institutes guidelines on a regular basis, including presenting student progress reports and informing parents of requisite student discipline
7. Maintains order and discipline among students while promoting safety and compliance with Institutes rules and guidelines
