TBC Music Department aims at providing a well-rounded musical experience to every individual that enrolls in the music class. Our goal is to educate each student with a musical training that will aid him/her in the future for the praise of His glory. Although proper classrooms were not available then, we were able to hold lessons mostly at the Mason-Phillips Hall Annexe, sometimes at the main sanc
tuary, and other times at the library. We acknowledge His blessings and guidance and the ever present support from people through prayers. In three years we have gained a good number of students who are of different skill levels. We have beginner and intermediate students and in the future we hope to have advanced students ready to serve in the ministry. We are building towards a ministry-based institution and we will pursue on that vision as we mould students who are enrolled in the music program. This year we will be having proper classrooms with better facilities for the students. Therefore, we hope to have more effective learning experience and opportunities for musical growth. For now, we are offering lessons on vocal, piano, guitar, and drums. We are also planning to provide string and brass lessons and preparing to organize a hand bell ensemble in the future. Starting this year, we will be having a Children’s Choir limiting to a certain age group, as it will help us in maintaining the integrity of the age level, in terms of sound and discipline. As mentioned above we assure to continue providing you with a quality and enriching musical experience. We appreciate your constant support.
