here teachers play the role of second mothers ' who nurture the children with love, affection and support to bring out the best in them with out damaging their self-esteem. The school tries to follow the children instead of forcing them to follow what is told by the teachers. They are allowed to explore the world around them, teachers are trained to support them. m prescribed by Karnataka State, Ankur takes pride in calling itself 'SUMit' school, i.e. 'school using the Multiple Intelligence Theory'. Learning Activities at the school are deigned to cover the following kinds of intelligence
