ಕಾಗಿನೆಲೆಯ ಆದಿಕೇಶವನನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಕನಕದಾಸರು, "ನೀನು ಮಾಯೆಯೊಳಗಿರುವೆಯೋ, ಅಥವಾ ಮಾಯೆಯೇ ನಿನ್ನೊಳಗಿದೆಯೇ? ದೇಹದೊಳಗೆ ನೀನು ಇರುವೆೆಯೋ, ಅಥವಾ ನಿನ್ನೊಳಗೆ ದೇಹವಿದೆಯೇ? ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ನಿನ್ನೊಳಗೆ!" ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಆಳವಾದ ಚಿಂತನೆಯನ್ನು ಕನಕ ಜಯಂತಿಯಂದು ಸ್ಮರಿಸೋಣ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬರೀ ನಾಡಲ್ಲ, ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಧಾತು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೇವಲ ನುಡಿಯಲ್ಲ, ನಮ್ಮ ಅಂತರಂಗದ ಮಾತು, ಸರ್ವರಿಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು.
