National Mathamatics day was celebrated at E. V. Velu Girls Matric HR. Sec school on (19/01/24 )Friday.Mathematics helps students to develop better problem-solving skills in every individual. It enhances the ability to think critically and logically about the situation and solve problems easily.

Red day was celebrated at E. V. Velu Girls Matric Hr. Sec. School by KG kids. Red colour signifies love and compassion. It provided the base for interesting learning activity. Students dressed in red colour and the classroom also was decorated with red balloons. Some of the children brought red coloured object from home and spoke briefly on the significance of the colour red.Students learned the concepts of primary colours. It helped the children to reinforce their cognitive skills.
