SLATE - The School, Tirupati

SLATE - The School, Tirupati Slate-Tirupati was established in the year 2016, with a sole aim of providing Holistic Education as

Slate-The School was established in the year 2001 at Basheerbagh, Hyderabad, with a modest strength of 70+ students. In the following year, the demand for admissions was so great that the campus was shifted to a bigger facility at Abids, Hyderabad,. Soon, a separate campus was started at King Koti, Hyderabad, to accommodate Pre-Primary classes exclusively. At present there are five premises for Ab

ids wing alone i.e Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle School, and High School. The school experienced phenomenal growth over the next few years and a second school was started at Ameerpet, Hyderabad, in 2005. Today, the school at Abids has 4500 students, while the one at Ameerpet has 1348 students. In 2010, acceding to a great number of requests from parents, Slate started its third campus at Karmanghat, Hyderabad. As had been the case with its earlier schools the response to admissions has been tremendous and the Karmanghat school now has 1963 students. After the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, again upon the request of many parents who were relocating to Vijayawada, Slate started its fourth campus at Poranki, Vijayawada in the ‘new’ State of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2015. In 2016, in response to the requests of the parents from the holy temple town of Tirupati, which also happens to be the home town of the Chairman of Slate – The School, Mr Vasireddy Amarnath, Slate started its 5th Campus at Venkataramapuram in Tirupati. The Campus at Tirupati has the distinction of being the first ‘own’ Campus of Slate which was taken up as greenfield project and was completed within a year, from design to inauguration. During the same year (2016), with increasing demand from parents in the vicinity of Abids Campus, Slate started its sixth Campus at Himayathnagar.
