Girlsโ Adolescent Awareness Session โ Grades 4 to 6 by Mrs Anitha Kumari - Academic Coordinator
A special awareness session on Adolescence, Puberty & Personal Hygiene was conducted for the girls of Grades 4 to 6.
The session focused on helping students understand the physical and emotional changes during growing years, personal hygiene, healthy habits, peer pressure, positive choices, personal boundaries, safe behaviour, and the importance of communicating their feelings and concerns with confidence.
The session provided a safe and age-appropriate environment for the girls to learn, understand, and feel confident about the changes they experience as they grow.
