*Job Responsibilities:*
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Tamil Nadu Matriculation syllabus.
- Prepare daily lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and assessments.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Track student progress and maintain records systematically.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning among students. Attend staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching strategies.
- Uphold the school’s values of excellence, discipline, and moral integrity.

*Qualifications and Skills For English, Maths, Science, and Social Science Teachers:*

- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (B.A., B.Sc.) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills (especially English).
- Experience teaching Grades 1 to 10 is preferred.

*For Kindergarten (KG) Teacher:*

- Bachelor's degree (any stream) + Montessori / Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma preferred. Fluency in English and Tamil is essential.
- Passionate about teaching young children through activity-based methods.
- Experience 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills can also apply.
