Fabsteel

Fabsteel After an overwhelming response and appreciation last year, Mettle’12 brings to you the second version of “Fabsteel”.

A single-player, online steel simulation competition where one has to fabricate steel at the lowest price with desired composition. The competition will comprise two problem statements. One can make infinite number of attempts in a limited period of time to solve them. It is designed to test the wits of an expert and a novice.

Its my absolute priviledge to post one of the feedbacks I received from a student of NIT Durgapur about FABSTEEL, who had participated online for this event;

Dear Sudarshan,
It was great fun attempting this competition.I would like to give a feedback for the betterment of FABSTEEL-2013.Many from this part of India don't get to know about it so please work on it and please be a little more descriptive about the event(in terms of time allotted etc) otherwise it rocks. :-)
I would surely spread the word and we are planning a similar event in our fest.

After a wonderful first day of Mettle 2012, here comes a update about the current top position holders of the event Fabsteel. We cannot reveal there ranks currently. The names alphabetically are

Hello everyone, after an overwhelming response last year, FABSTEEL is back in METTLE 2012(Mar 9-Mar 10). Its definitely gonna be bigger, better, and tougher. It's a single player online event, one take infinite attempts to solve two problem statements of steel simulation in a limited time.
