We are delighted to see our students enthusiastically embark on the 100-Hour Finishing School for Employability programme, supported by Infosys Foundation, implemented by ICT Academy, and conducted in association with Kalpataru Institute of Technology, Tiptur.

The programme is designed to strengthen students’ technical competencies while developing essential skills in effective communication, confidence, professional behaviour, teamwork, interview readiness, and workplace preparedness.

🎓 Chief Guest Address to Students – Mr. Mukram Pasha on 03-08-2026

Mr. Mukram Pasha, Associate Director – Human Resources, addressed the engineering students of Kalpataru Institute of Technology, Tiptur, on the theme “Future of Work: Preparing Graduates for Emerging Careers.”

In his inspiring speech, he encouraged students to:

🔹 Keep learning continuously and upgrade their skills to remain relevant in a rapidly changing job market.
🔹 Embrace Artificial Intelligence and learn to work with AI rather than fear it.
🔹 Develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, curiosity, adaptability and teamwork, along with strong technical knowledge.

The Department of Training & Placement, Kalpataru Institute of Technology, Tiptur, is delighted to appreciate our student for successfully completing 15 days of intensive technical training organized in collaboration with Magnus Copo and ELCARREIRA Technologies.

The training provided valuable hands-on exposure to emerging technologies and real-world applications, including:

The 80th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit at Kalpataru Institute of Technology on 15th August 2026. The programme was attended by the Principal, Secretary, Vice President, faculty members, staff, and students of the Institute.

Principal Dr. H. C. Sateesh Kumar addressed the gathering and highlighted the major themes associated with the celebration. He emphasized the significance of 150 Years of Vande Mataram, which commemorates the national song written by Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay and its inspiring role in India's freedom movement.

He also highlighted Yuva Shakti, emphasizing the important role of young people in science, technology, innovation, and nation-building towards achieving Viksit Bharat by 2047. The Principal stressed the importance of Atmanirbhar Bharat, encouraging self-reliance through indigenous technology, local innovation, and strengthening India's capabilities.

The importance of a Green Transition was also emphasized, particularly the adoption of clean energy and green hydrogen technologies for a sustainable future. He further highlighted digital inclusivity, stressing the use of digital technologies to ensure that information and communication reach people in local languages and benefit all sections of society.

The themes of the celebration reflected India's journey from the freedom struggle towards a technologically advanced, self-reliant, sustainable, and inclusive nation. The programme inspired students and staff to contribute actively to the development and progress of the country.

Secretary Shri G. S. Umashankar and Vice President Shri B. S. Nataraju conveyed their warm wishes to all the staff and students on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day and encouraged everyone to work together towards the progress and development of the nation.

The celebration concluded with a strong sense of patriotism and a renewed commitment among the staff and students to contribute towards building a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
