🪷 Celebrating Yoga Day 🪷

In today’s world, yoga is often seen as a practice for physical fitness, flexibility, and mental peace. But the ancient wisdom of Bhagavad Gita reveals a deeper purpose of yoga — to bring balance, discipline, and connection with the Supreme.

योगस्थः कुरु कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा धनञ्जय ।
(Bhagavad Gita 2.48)

“Perform your duties with balance and steadiness, giving up attachment.”

The yoga practiced here is a journey of mindfulness and self-discipline — helping young minds develop focus, calmness, and inner harmony.

A step towards a healthier body, a focused mind, and a conscious life. 🌿

How do we know that God exists?

Just as every creation has a creator, this universe too has a Creator. Vedic wisdom explains that the perfect design, order, and consciousness found in the universe point to an intelligent Supreme Cause.
Brahma-saṁhitā 5.1 states:

īśvaraḥ paramaḥ kṛṣṇaḥ
sac-cid-ānanda-vigrahaḥ
anādir ādir govindaḥ
sarva-kāraṇa-kāraṇam

"Kṛṣṇa, who is known as Govinda, is the Supreme Controller. He possesses an eternal, blissful, spiritual form. He is without origin, yet He is the origin of everything. He is the cause of all causes."

Therefore, this universe is not a product of chance. Behind every effect is a cause, and behind all causes is the Supreme Cause—Śrī Kṛṣṇa.

Every creation has a creator.
Every design has a designer.
Every law has a law-giver.
Life comes from life.
Consciousness comes from the Supreme Consciousness.

🙏 Hare Kṛṣṇa

What is the most valuable thing in life ?
A good character. If money is lost nothing is lost, if health is lost something is lost, if a character is lost everything is lost.

The most valuable thing in life is good character. Money may be lost and regained, health may be lost and partially restored, but if character is lost, everything is lost. As taught in the Bhagavad-gītā, true wealth lies in developing humility, truthfulness, self-control, and devotion to Krishna.
