This isn't just a sketch turning into a pretty picture.

That's a full architectural drawing set. Floor plans.
Elevation. Section. Dimensions, room labels, roof pitch,
every technical detail an actual site engineer would need.

And in seconds, AI took that exact documentation and built
a photorealistic render true to every line in it — same
roof geometry, same window positions, same material
breakdown.

Most people think a wasted rooftop is just a rooftop.

We saw a garden waiting to happen.

Bare concrete. An old plastic chair. A water tank nobody
wanted to look at. That's where this project started.

With AI-assisted design direction and hands-on site
supervision, we turned it into something the whole
family actually uses now — terracotta tiles, a shaded
seating corner, potted marigolds, climbing vines softening
every bare wall.

This is what happens when AI handles the visualization
and a real architect handles the judgment on site.
