Trees combat the greenhouse effect
Global warming is the result of excess greenhouse gases, created by burning fossil fuels and destroying tropical rainforests. We live in a dualistic world
where everything is perceived
and understood in relativity. The
world and its natural phenomena,
our sensory perceptions and our
existence in the realm of time
experiences and terms such as here
and there, now and then, cold and
hot, old and young, better and worse
and so on.
Our mental, emotional, moral
and spiritual experiences are also
punctuated by relativity. The way
we judge people and situations, our
goals and needs, our triumphs and
trials, and our understanding of good
and bad, happiness and suffering,
Is humanity destined to always
live in a relatively good and relatively
bad world? Some people believe
that after death we go to heaven or
hell as per our karma. Some others
believe that there has always been a
mix of suffering and joy in this world.
Such thinking has gone so far that
today people believe that suffering is
a part of life and all they deserve is
a little bit of joy in life. They believe
that lasting and absolute happiness
is a utopia.
The way things are in the world
today, the terms good and bad are
sometimes used with other words,
as in somewhat good, or not so bad,
or a little bit good. However, good
and bad are not relative terms that
describe a co-existing reality but, in
the true sense of these words, they
signify absolute states of human
experience in different periods of
time.
By accepting and justifying all
that is not so good as a normal way
of life, we have become more prone
to negativity and corruption. The
reason for cheating, adulteration and
deception in work and relationships
bad can be condoned; it is part of an
imperfect world that can never be 
We have come far away from
our original state of absolute truth
and purity. In the absolute sense
we can either be good or bad. There
are no shades of grey. There is no
little bad or little good. A little bit of
virus in a human body or a computer
system would make it infected and
unhealthy. In this case, we cannot
say that we are a little healthy.
There was a time in human
history when everything was pristine
and pure. Everything was natural and
good. In fact, there was perfection
in everything. That is the period
remembered as the Golden Age,
Satyuga, heaven or paradise. The
world was pure and perfectly good
because every human being who
lived there was pure and viceless. In
contrast to relative happiness, there
was absolute peace, prosperity and
happiness. There was no suffering or
pain of any kind.
Perfection and complete purity
was the order of the day in Satyuga
because it is created by God, because
purity is the original nature of human
souls. As children of God we are pure
and perfect in our original state.
In that state of being there is no
struggle, labour, fear or attachment
because we are full in all qualities
such as peace, joy and love.

ABOUT WEBINAR
Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya established
on October 2, 1964, is a forerunner university located in
Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The university is awarded
Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel Outstanding University Award for
the year 2018 by the Indian Council of Agricultural
Research, New Delhi. The university has various constituent
Colleges, Agricultural Research Stations, and Krishi Vigyan
Kendras. The University offers Bachelor, Master, and
Doctoral degrees in the Faculty of Agriculture and the
Faculty of Agricultural Engineering. The University also
offers diploma courses of two years in "Seed Production"
and "Nursery Management".
College of Agriculture was established at tehsil head
quarter Ganjbasoda of district Vidisha with the objectives to
serve as a centre of excellence in teaching, research and
extension services and to produce human resources for
meeting the future challenges. Honourable Chief minister of
the state Shri ShivrajSingh Chouhan and Ex-Cabinet
minister late Smt. SushmaSwaraj laid the foundation stone
of the College on June 6, 2007.Ganjbasoda is a progressive
tehsil of district Vidisha which is located at the elevation of
399 m above sea level. It is well connected with
state'scapital Bhopal (100 km) by road as well as train route
and is just 45 km away from district head quarter Vidisha.
The main objective of this webinar is to motivate agri-
graduates for setting up their own agri business.
Agriculture sector plays an important role in the
sustainable growth and development of Indian economy. It
provides food and nutrition requirements of 1.3 billion
Indian people and creates employment opportunities
through forward and backward linkages to support 60% of
Indian population.
While it has achieved substantial progress over the
years regarding food security, accessibility and
affordability, the agriculture sector is still challenged by low
productivity, low profitability, increase in input costs,
wastage of crops due to lack of storage and supply chain
management. These challenges present a host of
opportunities for Agri-entrepreneurs.
This webinar will be a best amalgamation of eminent

We feel extremely delighted and pleased to share you that we are organizing a global virtual discussion on Global Food Security and Agriculture Practice after Covid-19 Pandemic Date: 22 June 2020 at JNKVV College of Agriculture Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh, India. In the recent years, agriculture serves as the most important economic sector endorsing food security and human development. The review intends to go through every possible impact of global pandemic COVID-19 on food and agriculture across the globe. It is important to assess the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on agricultural sector and food security as it primarily involves the sustainability of human life and secondarily involves the economy.

This Global Virtual Discussion is an attempt to find out answers of question such as:

· Will COVID-19 have negative effects on global food security?

· Whose food security and livelihoods are most at risk due to the pandemic?

· What are the implications of the COVID-19 situation - now and in the future - for food production, agricultural and fishery / aquaculture supply chains and markets?

Measures to avoid locust teams:

Locusts stop crops in the field during night time in the group and damage the crops and fly about 500 to 1500 eggs per female insect in the morning and fly away in the morning. There are lakhs of grasshopper groups, they eat and grow wherever they see trees or other vegetation. It is advisable to protect all the farmer brothers from locust outbreaks, and make groups in their villages at their level and keep vigil at night time in the fields. If there is an outbreak of locust, then the advice of scientists -

1. Farmer brother keep constant watch of this pest, this pest can attack and damage the fields at any time. Between 7 pm and 9 pm, these teams can sit anywhere for nightly rest, for which identity and information will be made at local level and keep constant monitoring.

2. As the information about the attack and identification of grasshopper team is friendly in a village, then the local administration should contact the Agriculture Department, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Internal Agricultural Research Center and provide information at a quick pace.

3. If the grasshopper dall has been outbreak, then all the farmers can make different types of traditional measures like drumming, dj, dj, thali, making noise from the tin box, taking out the silencer of the tractor and making the sound through sound amplifiers. Can be run from the fields.

4. If there is an outbreak of grasshopper in the evening, then between 3 am and 5 am in the rest of the locust, the following insecticides are immediately used. 200ml Or Lemdasiloyin 5 E.C. 400ml Or Diflubenzone 25 WT is 240 grams per day. Sprinkle in 500 liters of water.

5. Chemical Insecticidal Powder Phenabilred 0.4 percent 20-25 kg. Or Qinalphas.5 percent 25 kg. Is per Grind
