As part of the NCC week celebrations, cadets of Sree Kerala Varma College under 24(K) BN visited the Punarjjany De-Addiction Centre for alcoholic, Poomala. We spent time with the residents and performed cultural activities and a skit highlighting the harmful effects of substance abuse, stressing that addiction destroys the happiness of individuals and their families.

On the Occassion of Children's day cadets of Sree Keralavarma College spend the day with the differently - abled children's at Swasraya charitable trust Kuttoor, engaging in cultural activities and distributing sweets.

The NCC SD Unit of Sree Keralavarma College proudly participated in the TRRAIN Inclusive Walkathon, a significant event jointly organized by the Darshan Service Society, TRRAIN and the Lions Club of Thrissur. The walkathon aimed to promote inclusivity and raise awareness about the rights and dignity of differently-abled individuals. Demonstrating a strong spirit of service and discipline, the NCC cadets played an active role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the event by assisting participants, guiding the crowd, managing logistics, and providing necessary support throughout the walkathon.

"As part of the World Mental Health Day observance, the SD Unit cadets of Sree KeralaVarma College took an active initiative to promote mental and physical well-being by organizing a lively and engaging Zumba training session. The cadets enthusiastically participated in the event, recognizing the importance of regular physical activity in maintaining a healthy mind and body. Through rhythmic movements and energetic dance routines, the session not only helped reduce stress but also fostered a sense of unity, motivation, and positive energy among the participants"

On the occasion of World Rivers Day, we cadets of Sree Keralavarma college, Thrissur, are happy to have participated in the plastic cleanup drive at Athirappilly, conducted by 24 [K] Battalion. The initiative inspired us to protect our rivers and preserve nature for future generations.
