അൽപ്പനാൾ page updationനടക്കാതെ പോയതിൽ ക്ഷമിക്കുക🙏 S.N.VIDYABHAVAN അധ്യാപക സമരം ഇന്നുവരെ ഒത്തുതീർപ്പ് ആയിട്ടില്ല!പലയിടത്തായി നടന്ന ചർച്ചകഴിൽ ഒത്തുതീർപ്പ് നാടകം നടത്തിയ management ഇന്നും വാക്ക് പലിക്കാതെ ഇരിക്കുകയും 5 അധ്യാപകരെ time table നൽകാതെ, ശംബളം നൽകാതെ, പ്രത്യേക registerൽ മാത്രം ഒപ്പ് ഇടാൻ അനുവദിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണിപ്പോൾ. ഇന്ന് ഇതേ തുടർന്ന് 8/9/18ന് വാഹന ജാഥ നടന്നിരുന്നു. അധ്യാപകരെ പരമാവധി അപമാനിക്കുകയാണ്. ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ വിളിക്കുന്ന ചർച്ചയിൽ വരാതെ അവരെ പോലും അപമാനിക്കുകയാണ് management. ഈ ധാർഷ്ട്യം അവസാനിക്കേണ്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

As we had already said .This pictures you see above is the news paper advertisement given by our school SNVB. We all know that the teachers are going on strike for their right for salary hike. And many of the parents and people have misunderstood that our teachers are striking for salary that is already overpaid to them. So we students have a question.. Respected management! If you cannot give the salary prescribed by state govt. then why did you spread fake advertisement. You even cheated the parents .Every year fees is increased in the name of increasing the salary .Where does this go?Why did you cheat a group of educated and talented teachers? Just because our Teachers didnt attend PSC and left the school, now snvb is one of the best schools of the nation. Its not the quality of the management that made our families admit us here but the quality of our teachers weighed here! You say that our fees is increased for smart class purpose etc etc but! Even before these smart boards, language labs and things you mentioned they had taught.. we had learned and all of us had achieved our dreams! And you management say that its impossible for you to give state salary? No way, because the same management used to boast that 'we have 4000+ students' yes! That's what we mean..There is the court order people! The order commands you to pay the state salary to teachers who work in a school where there is a student population 2000+ . And for your kind attention spreading fake advertisement is a crime!! So we students of SN VIDYA BHAVAN declare that irrespective of being juniors and seniors.. here we join our hands together in support of our teachers. We are with them until and after justice is served to them!
●നിയമം അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന അവകാശങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ ടീച്ചർസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നുള്ളു.
●തെറ്റായ വാർത്ത പ്രചരണമാണ് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെടേണ്ടത്.
●സ്കൂൾ സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞു, ഞങ്ങളുടെ പഠനത്തിനു തടസ്സം വരുത്താതെ സമരം ചെയ്യുന്ന അവർക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഞങ്ങൾ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ ഉണ്ടാകും.
●വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ ടീച്ചർമാർ സമരം ചെയ്യാൻ പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചു എന്നത് തെറ്റായ സന്ദേശം ആണ്, ഞങ്ങളുടെ ടീച്ചർമാരെ ഇറക്കി ക്ലാസിലേക്ക് പുതിയ ടീച്ചർമാരെ കയറ്റിയതിൽ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് ഞങ്ങൾ സ്വയം ക്ലാസ് ബഹിഷ്‌കരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ടീച്ചർമാർ പറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ട് ഞങ്ങൾ പിന്നീട് അവരുടെ ക്ലാസുകളിൽ ഇരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.

അത് കൊണ്ട് ഇനിയും ഞങ്ങളുടെ ടീച്ചർമാരെ സമൂഹം തെറ്റിദ്ധരിക്കരുത്🙏

ഇന്ന് എസ്. എൻ. വിദ്യാഭവൻ അധ്യാപക സമരം 32 ദിവസം തികഞ്ഞു. ഇത്രയും ഭാരം വലിച്ചിട്ടും ടീച്ചർമാരെ മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് തെരുവിൽ ഇരുത്തി അപമാനിക്കുന്നത് അവരുടെ ക്രൂരത! എന്നാൽ.. തങ്ങളുടെ മക്കളുടെ ഭാവി മാത്രം തങ്ങളെ ബാധിക്കുന്നുള്ളു എന്ന മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ മനോഭാവം ഹൃദയം നുറുങ്ങിക്കുന്നതാണ്. "മാതാ പിതാ ഗുരു ദൈവം" എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ മറക്കരുത്! നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പ്രധാനം ഇവരാണ്. നാളെ ഞങ്ങൾ കുട്ടികളും ജോലി നേടും, അന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ അനീതി നേരിട്ടാൽ നിങ്ങൾ അനങ്ങില്ലേ അച്ഛനമ്മമാരേ...😐 12% ഫീസ് മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് നിങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങുന്നു... അതിൽ കേവലം 2% മാത്രമാണ് വേതനം നൽകുന്നത്..ബാക്കി ആർക്കും ഉപകാരം ഇല്ലാത്ത അനാവശ്യ സ്കൂൾ മോടിപിടിപ്പിക്കലിനാണ് ചിലവഴിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്...ഇത് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാൻ ഉള്ള സാമാന്യ മനുഷ്യത്വം രക്ഷിതാക്കൾ കാണിക്കണം...🙏🏻
