Dr. Jayan A. R., Professor, Department of ECE, received the our KIRF–2025 certificate today from the Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education, Dr. R. Bindu.  The institution has secured the 5th Rank, marking a significant achievement and a moment of great pride for the entire GEC Thrissur community.

Hearty congratulations to Mr. Anas S. M., Trade Instructor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, on receiving the appreciation of the Election Commission of India. He served as a Booth Level Officer (BLO) in three different polling booths during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2025–26 process.

Being deputed to serve in three different booths within the same SIR cycle is indeed a rare distinction—perhaps making him one of the very few BLOs in Kerala to have been entrusted with such responsibility.

Hearty congratulations to Angeleen Ann Tomin (S2 B.Arch) for winning the Gold Medal in Javelin Throw at the APJAKTU Interzone Athletic Meet held in Thiruvananthapuram. She also set a new meet record with this outstanding performance.

Your talent, dedication, and hard work have brought great pride to the college. Wishing you many more victories and record-breaking achievements in the future.

HASHIM MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT SHINES!
A fitting tribute to Hashim’s memory. The first Hashim Memorial Football Tournament concluded with remarkable success, with his spirit felt throughout the GEC Thrissur campus.
