It was a midsummer's morning when I was walking around the bookstore, looking for a good book to read. That was the moment when I spotted it— "Carry on", the first book of the carry on trilogy by Rainbow Rowell. This was the book that led me down a rabbit hole of crazy incidents, magic, and an unnecessary amount of vampires.

The book narrates the story of four people— Baz, the designated villain of the story, Penelope, the bestfriend aswell as responsible older sibling figure, Agatha— a girl trying to live a normal life within all of this chaos— and Simon Snow. The supposed "chosen one".

This novel is separated into 4 sections, each more eloquent than the last. The story is narrated from a first-person perspective, alternating between selections of main characters, but primarily from the viewpoint of Snow and Baz Pitch. Below all of the disaster and chaos that takes place in the story, you can catch a glint of the love story between two boys who just wish for fate to be kind to them. So, would you give this book a try?
