Union Christian College, Aluva joins forces with Keltron launch KELTRON INDUSTRY INSTITUTE INTERACTION (III) Cell Program.

Union Christian College Aluva, a pioneering institution in higher education in central Kerala has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KELTRON—a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Industries, Government of Kerala to launch the KELTRON III Cell. This strategic initiative is a tripartite collaboration involving UC College as the Academic Partner, Keltron as the Industrial Partner, and IIB as the NSDC Training Partner and State-Level Coordination Partner for Keltron. The III Cell initiative by Keltron aims to integrate skill development programs within educational institutions. At the official signing ceremony, Keltron was represented by Ms. Mridula I.R., Regional Head of the Knowledge Service Group, and Project Coordinator Mr. Adithyaraj. Representing UC College was Principal Dr. Mini Alice, Manager K.P. Ouseph IFS, along with Dr. Bindu M., Rakhi Raphael, Jincy Abraham, and Shikha B. Kadayath.This collaboration will provide UC College students with access to a range of specialized courses including NSDC linked Professional Diploma programs, Add-on courses, Industrial Training Workshops, CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programs and various Community Development Programs. Moving beyond skill development, the initiative will also allow undergraduate students to earn additional academic credits as part of their four-year degree program, thereby offering a comprehensive learning experience that advocates continuous professional growth and promotes institutional excellence.
